Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all SParms tags still attached to qualify for a return.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then drop the parcel at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
